Rawan Atef

I build web applications that make businesses easier to run.

SaaS products, internal tools, dashboards, and business websites for founders and teams who need software that is clear to use and practical to maintain. I take time to understand the problem, then build what actually helps.

Work

Selected projects

Live products and client work, with enough detail to understand the problem and what was built. More on Projects.

NebulaCV product cover

A career SaaS product for software engineers that brings resume analysis, job matching, assessments, interview prep, and application tracking into one workflow.

  • Lockerroomors platform cover

A sports platform where athletes research clubs and leagues through player experiences and anonymous reviews. Built by substantially reworking an existing frontend and backend codebase, plus admin tools for day-to-day operations.

Services

What I can help you with

Focused on practical software for businesses and founders, not a laundry list of every framework.

  • 01

    SaaS & product development

Build the core features of a product, improve existing workflows, and leave a foundation your team can extend.

  • 02

    Dashboards & internal tools

Replace cumbersome spreadsheets and manual processes with clearer tools for managing data and day-to-day operations.

  • 03

    Business websites

Present a company professionally so visitors understand what you offer and how to get in touch.

  • 04

    Improvements & integrations

Strengthen an existing React or Next.js app, connect APIs, and refine the pieces that slow your team down, without an unnecessary rewrite.

Clients

What clients say

Process

How engagements usually run

  1. 01

    Understand

Clarify the problem, constraints, and what a useful outcome looks like before writing code.

  2. 02

    Build

Ship in reviewable milestones so you can steer the work as it takes shape.

  3. 03

    Handoff

Leave clean structure and notes so you or your team can keep building confidently.

Ways to start

Clear packages for common projects

Fixed prices apply to a written scope, not an open backlog. Custom Build starts from the listed figure and is quoted after we define what is in and out. It is a first phase or custom engagement, not a full SaaS price. If none of these fit, email a short brief for a fixed quote or a clear no.

  • 01

    Launch Site

A professional marketing site for a studio or small business: who you are, what you offer, and how to inquire.

    $999

fixed once scoped · 2–3 weeks with complete content and assets

Best for Studios, local businesses, and simple product landing pages

    • Up to 4 standard pages on a responsive Next.js site
    • Contact / inquiry flow to your inbox
    • On-page SEO basics: metadata, sitemap, and share preview
    • Deployment setup
    • 2 revision rounds + 14-day post-delivery fix window
    • Source-code handoff on final payment (per contract)

Not included: CMS / blog · Ecommerce or booking systems · Custom backend work · Brand identity or copy from scratch · Domain and hosting fees · Ongoing maintenance or content writing

  • 02

    Often a good fit

    Product Sprint

One clearly defined product workflow or module: an admin feature, portal flow, or API-backed slice, not a complete SaaS or MVP.

    $2,900

fixed once scoped · 4–6 weeks after written scope

Best for Ops tools, client portals, and narrowly scoped web apps

    • Written scope before kickoff (features in, features out)
    • The agreed workflow only; auth and integrations when written into scope
    • Clear UI with responsive layouts
    • Deployed staging and production setup
    • 2 revision rounds + 30-day post-delivery fix window
    • Repo access and handoff notes on final payment (per contract)

Not included: A complete SaaS product or open-ended MVP · Open-ended discovery without a scope call · Native mobile apps · Features added mid-sprint without a change order · Ongoing retainer (quoted separately)

  • 03

    Custom Build

A custom-scoped engagement or defined first development phase. The starting figure is a floor; the final quote depends on requirements.

    Starting from $5,900

quoted after a scope call · typically 6–10+ weeks

Best for Founders and teams with a defined need beyond a single sprint

    • Scope workshop and a fixed quote before kickoff
    • Core user journeys agreed in writing (not an open backlog)
    • Auth, data model, and integrations called out in the quote
    • Milestone reviews so you can steer as we build
    • 30-day post-delivery fix window on delivered scope
    • Source ownership transfer on final payment (per contract)

Not included: Unlimited features for the starting price · A complete marketplace or full SaaS assumed at $5,900 · Marketing campaign management · Third-party SaaS subscription costs

Are these prices fixed?

Launch Site and Product Sprint are fixed once we write the scope down. Custom Build starts from the listed figure; the final price is a fixed quote after a short scope call, based on features, integrations, and timeline. A complete marketplace or SaaS is quoted separately, not assumed at the starting price.

How do payments work?

Typically 40% to start and the balance on delivery milestones. Invoices in USD.

What does the fix window cover?

Corrections to defects within the agreed, delivered scope. It does not cover new requirements, design changes outside scope, or issues caused by third-party services or later changes you make.

When do I get the source code?

Source-code handoff and ownership transfer follow the signed contract and are completed after final payment.

What if my project does not fit a package?

Email a short brief. If it does not fit, I will reply with a fixed quote, or say clearly when I am not the right fit.

About

How I work with clients

I start from what the software needs to do for your business, ask the questions that surface constraints early, and make technical choices that stay maintainable. Whether that is a SaaS feature set, an internal dashboard, or a business website, the aim is the same: something your team can use and keep improving without unnecessary rewrites.

A short note about the project, timeline, and any links is enough. I will reply with a clear view on fit, timing, and next steps.
